I started professional cookery at a small 4-star hotel in a picturesque setting in Surrey while also attending catering school, and I built on that foundation through years in some of London’s most respected kitchens.
I’m ingredient-led and obsessive about the details
I use the best ingredients and I treat every component with love and attention to detail, because the smallest touches are what make a meal truly memorable.

































Terry was a wonderful chef. He cooked 3 wonderful courses for 12 people, with a perfect amount of time between courses. He was very polite, lovely to chat to and came out and explained the dishes. The food was beautifully presented and served and tasted incredible. Would definitely recommend.
